Cool in Chip (CIC) is a “Heat Sink & Transfer” which could be directly mounted on a surface to PCB for improving thermal problems. Due to its high thermal conductivity, it is useful to disperse and transfer the heat which is generated by heat source such as power semiconductor, etc.
It is recommended to be closely placed to heat source.
Two kinds of CIC are compatible with SMT process.
* CIC-M : It is made of Sn plated Cu, which has excellent electrically & thermally conductivity.
* CIC-C : It is made of AlN having terminal electrodes.
It is an electrical insulator having low capacitance and good thermal conductivity..

“Joinset Graphite Sheet” is a Synthetic Graphite Sheet made by sintering of Special PI Film with high thermal conductivity and diffusivity.
It is very thin and flexible and process, providing excellent thermal conductivity (X-Y plane and Z-axis) and uniform heat dissipation in a limited space between the heat source and the heat cooler.

Joinset’s Artificial Graphite Powder is made by carbonization and graphitization of special Polyimide Film. It is very high purity and stability due to be made at high temperature of 2800℃~ 3000℃.

“LineCon” is an Elastomeric Connectors having narrow spaced
parallel rows of Gold plated electric lines onto a Silicone Rubber. It has good electric and elastic property, and it is developed to have various shapes for several applications by Joinset.
It is used between two parallel electric materials such as PCB, LCD, Speaker to connect each electric line by compression force, and it can be used without soldering or with reflow soldering by SMT.
“LineCon” is good for electric connection of Z-Axis or X-Axis.

“Shield Clip” is the metal clip for Shield Can that is used for the EMI shielding.
It is mounted on the ground pattern of PCB by reflow soldering of SMT, then Shield Can will be inserted into the Shield Clip.
You can remove the Shield Can from the Shield Clip for re-work or repair.

“SMholder” is a surface mounted rubber for wire/cable holder and guider on PCB.
It is consisted of a Silicone Rubber Body having hole(s), a Metal Strip and optionally Adhesive Tape. It can be attached on PCB or Case by (reflow) soldering or its adhesive tape.
It is convenient to insert wire/cable to the SMholder because it has hole(s) and made of elastic soft rubber. It doesn’t make any mechanical damage and scratch on the wire/cable.

RF GoChip™ is a Au plated Metal chip that is attached on Magnesium or Aluminum body by Ultrasonic or Laser Welding, or the land pattern of PCB by SMT.
Mg body, Al body and Cu land pattern is poor at environmental and galvanic corrosion, and those have not enough mechanical hardness for lots abrasion by Metal Spring. These degradation make many problems for RF & proper performance.
