Joinset is providing High Temperature Resistance PSA Tape (HTRT seires)  based on new & unique technology. 

It can endure reflow soldering temperature and condition after attachment  on COF and FPCB.

HTRT – EC is for EMI Shielding and Grounding .​

HTRT- TC is for cooling of IC and heating source on COF and FPCB.

For 5G wireless, Joinset is providing TIMAB Pad (TIM + EMI Absorber Pad)based on new & unique technology.

It has both properties of TIM (Thermal Interference Material) for Cooling and Flexible Absorber for EMI/RF noise Absorbing.

It will be located between semiconductor and mechanical cover as Thermal Gap Pad and EMI/RF absorber.

So, it can cool the heat of semiconductor and module, and absorb the EMI/RF noise generated by semiconductor or others.

TIMAB Pad is flexible and soft, and it can be is supplied as a roll for die-cutting.
