Joinset have equipped most of precious metal press lines, facilities and system.

* SMD Shield Can having Shied Clip : Joinset brand name “ SMD Clip & Can ”

Joinset’s innovative product, “SMD Clip & Can” can solve most of previous problems for mounting Shield Clip and Shield Can on PCB.
“SMD Clip & Can” can provide operation reduction, fail reduction and coat reduction due to full automation without any failure in mounting on PCB.

Joinset will permit some companies to use the technology of “SMD Clip & Can” to satisfy customer’s quantity and delivery under license agreement.

2. SMD Cooling & RF improving device : Joinset brand name “ Cool in Chip ”

Joinset has developed SMD component called “Cool in Chip” that will be mounted nearby on the heating Semi-conductor devices by SMT.
“Cool in Chip” will reduce the temperature of the Semi-conductor device such as TR, LED, AMP, RF device and CPU a little.
Also, it will improve RF characteristic of the Semi-conductor a little.

“Cool in Chip” is very small, cheap and easy to install on PCB so that you can easily cool and improve RF characteristic of the Semi-conductor a little.

Joinset has got US patent for “Solderable Elastic & Electric Contact Terminals” those could be mounted by SMT process and/or other processes such as inserting and soldering process.

Also, Joinset has acquired Sony Green Partner Certification.

Joinset’s a head office and two manufacturing places have been moved to a new place and building to improve the management efficiency and manufacturing capacity on March 01, 2011.

The area of a new Office and Factory has 12,000 square meter ground and 14,000 square meter building and it is located near by previous a head office and factory location.

The new address is “ 653-1, Choji-Dong, Danwon-Ku, Ansan-City, Kyunggi-Do, 425-866, Korea ”

The other information except company address is the same as before. For example, Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail number and other license number are the same as before.
