Easy, Simple & Useful product “Zpring”.

Joinset have got patents including designs at several countries (i.e.: Korea patent no. 10-1437935) for new SMT compatible Electric Contacts called “Zpring” registered brand name of Joinset.

“Zpring”, having spring & electric conductive properties, is soldered on PCB by SMT connecting to Electric substrate (i.e. a Metal case for Grounding or an Antenna for electric connecting).

“Zpring” is made of two round metal tubes and a metal spring, so its electric conductivity & resilient properties are much better than those of conductive elastomer.

The standard diameters are between φ1.0- 2.0 mm, the standard heights are between 1.0- 2.0 mm and the travelling length is maximized for each dimension.

“Zpring” is very useful in many applications on PCB for small size Electric Contact for most electric mobile & module device such as smart phone.

Launching SMD Ceramic Chip Fuse:

Joinset is starting to produce two types of SMD Ceramic Chip Fuse that is developed by Joinset’s original design technology and ceramic manufacturing facilities.
One type is a Fast Acting and the other is a High Inrush Current for DC circuit.
The standard size is 1.6mm x 0.8mm x 0.8mm (1608 size in mm)
The Chip fuse has very reliable properties without explosion and smog at fusing time.
The Chip Fuse meet RoHS Compliant, Halogen Free and other environment conditions.
The Chip fuse is suitable for lots of electronic devices such as LCD monitor and Telecom device.
